Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) works with employers from all industries along the East Coast from the Hunter region to Bundaberg to meet their recruitment and training needs. This includes government funded services at no cost to the employer. We are community based and not-for-profit, delivering Australian government employment services including Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Disability Employment Services, Self-Employment Assistance and Career Transition Assistance. ETC is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) approved to deliver NSW and Qld government funded training. ETC also offers specialist services to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people achieve their employment and training goals, and employers to successfully recruit, retain and develop Indigenous staff. During 2022/23, ETC assisted over 10,000 people to secure jobs.

Servicing Melbourne, Albury Wodonga, Wagga Wagga, Sydney and South East Queensland. As an RTO, SQUAD provides accredited training in Business and Agriculture, servicing NSW and Victoria. SQUAD works with small, medium and large businesses as well as supporting major projects and major supply chains in its operating regions. Over 40 years in operation, SQUAD is a trusted provider delivering high quality, industry relevant training to over 500 people annually. SQUAD trainees and apprentices are actively supported by proactive mentoring and strong communication with employers - resulting a completion rate that is in the top performance group of GTO's and RTO's.
