GOAL Indigenous Services is a majority owned and managed Indigenous recruitment enterprise. GOAL is a joint venture between former AFL footballer Xavier Clarke and CoreStaff which is a subsidiary of CGH Group. Our mission is to create employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through labour hire and recruitment solutions. We recognise a co-ordinated approach is needed to facilitate quality training and work ready candidates for sustainable employment. In addition we provide mentoring and on-going support to both the Employer and Employee by coordinating pathway plans to further upskill. As a registered Supply Nation business, GOAL supports employers and projects to achieve their social inclusion and procurement targets. We are driven to be innovative and flexible in tailoring solutions to meet any client's needs across a range of industries.
